The safety plan will be coordinated by Femédica, which in medical emergency situations will make the most appropriate decisions for each situation.
Ambulances and all-terrain pick-up vehicles will be available to provide support in case of an incident. A doctor and several nurses who are members of the organization will be present for diagnoses and first aid.
Support points will be distributed along the course, so that athletes are never more than 2.5 km away and will be provided by volunteers trained in first aid.
We remind you that there will be control of the mandatory material: dorsal placed in front – container for drinking water or other liquids – operational mobile phone – thermal blanket – whistle.
Other recommended material: elastic band or bandage – waterproof / windproof – cap – poles.

TRAIL ULTRA is a fast race, maximum time is 7 hours with a time barrier in Serra das Mesas at 23 km and 3h30 of test.
For security reasons, the route may be changed, the definitive route will be confirmed up to 15 days before the race.
